California law recognizes only Osteopathic Physicians/Surgeon holding a DO title. I am a traditional Osteopath, not an Osteopathic Physician. I received my Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice as part of the Traditional European Osteopathic International Alliance. As such, my training is not recognized in the United States as a branch of Healthcare, only in countries outside the United States am I considered a practicing Osteopath.
